If you are an indigenous Fijian, registered in the Vola ni Kawa Bula, be warned that all your hereditary land passed down by your forefathers is now in the hands of Aiyaz Khaiyum.We have been told by legal pundits that the so-called new order promoted by Frank as adviced to him by Aiyaz Khaiyum has effectively removed all land and fishing ground ownership from indigenous Fijians to Frank and Aiyaz Khaiyum, the man who is burning the mid-night hour with some other wigged ones, scribing the decrees that will convert all indigenous Fijian onwed land into state land.
We are also told that this has been a grand land grab masterminded by Mahendra Chaudhry, approved by Frank Bainimarama and now decreed by Aiyaz Khaiyum.
All indigenous Fijians in Fiji and abroad, be put on notice that you no longer own any land in your native country!!!!!
But this maybe the spark we’re all waiting for to make the indegenous rise up!
If this happens it will be just another mess that will have to be sorted out when the country returns to democratic rule.
This is another nail to the coffin of the coup perpetrators.
I wouldn’t be too perturbed, after all your country is effectively now a military dictatorship and the dictator can do whatever he likes.
I have it on good authority that Chaudhry tried to implement this in 2000 but was warned by Mara to take it slowly, he didn’t listen and was subsequently , overthrown .
I said to someone at the Yagoona meeting that I was waiting for the price of land to come down in Fiji so I could buy an Island for $40 and rent it back to the previous landowners for $1,000 per week .
Well , it looks like my dream is about to become true .
By the way , I am selling pieces of land on the moon for $20,000 if anyone is interested .
And I have my eyes on Mosquito Island because of its close proximity to Suva and the Trade Winds Hotel and it’s bar !
Assuming the above article is correct , when will Frank and Co. start selling off prime real estate and to who and what will stop the new illegal owners re selling those properties and what will be the outcome in time , if there are legal challenges in International courts for those same properties .
Like Hitler in the 1930′s and 1940′s when he stole land , homes and belongings from the German and other Jews and lined his and his Officer’s pockets with the spoils , paintings , gold , bonds etc. , but Frank is doing this for his cut , 30 pieces of silver !

yes, with the abrogation of the 1997 constitution that did protect indigenous land rights are now null and void. However, i sincerely hope that they are not going to be that stupid as to go for the land grab are they? Thats just like that saying “Out of the frying pan, into the fire” The very thing that some Indigenous Fijians were saying or afraid off and perhaps the very excuses of the other coups before the Dec 2006 one. Now the shit is really going to hit the fan eh? One thing I have noticed in Fiji is that you can govern the country, you can make money.. but watever you do: DONT TOUCH OUR LAND!! Some people do not have a clue or have the concept to understand the relationship between land and indigenous people. As I recall Rt. Mara (ref: 2000 RICHARD BROADBRIDGE. Fiji Tv News interview) had stated that he warned Chodopu$$ about the land issue prior to the 2000 coup. I hope Arse and Co., should tread very carefully on things that is beyond their knuckle heads. Please I implore you for the safety of our Indo-Fijian families in Fiji. DONT DO IT MATE!!
If land is sold during this time , to outsiders or even to people from within Fiji , what rights will the traditional landowners have to reclaim it ?
Action needs to be taken now against Frank and Co. to stop this theft from happening .

By the time any of the landowners react , it will be too late !
The very thing that Frank and Co. would delight in is , that Indo Fijians become the target and we must not let that happen .
This cannot be put on the Indo Fijians , it is simply a handful of greedy , lazy egotistical men and women , some of who are Indigenous Fijians .
If it is allowed to become a fight between Indo Fijians and Indigenous Fijians , then Frank and Co. will have won the war .
